This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer. The rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the specifications and price indicated below, which the Buyer has purchased through the Site as part of the shopping process completed by the Buyer, are specified under this Agreement.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

The following terms in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Service: Any consumer transaction that does not involve the provision of goods but is conducted or promised in exchange for a fee or benefit.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand, model, color, number, sales price, and payment method of the Product or Service are as follows:

The essential features of the Product are stated on the Site. Listed prices are sales prices and remain valid until updated. If prices are announced for a limited time, they are valid until the specified date on the Site. The sales price, shipping fee, and other additional costs of the Product are outlined in the table above.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood all pre-information about the essential characteristics of the Product, its sales price, payment method, and delivery, and have provided the necessary confirmation before concluding the Agreement.
2. The Seller shall deliver the Product to the Buyer or the designated recipient within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of order. If the delivery is not made within this period, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate the Agreement. In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, traffic congestion, natural disasters), the Seller will inform the Buyer using the provided contact details.
3. By prior notice and explicit approval from the Buyer, the Seller may provide a different product of equal quality and price in place of the agreed Product before the obligation fulfillment period expires.
4. The Product will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer via a contracted courier service. If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the Buyer must collect the Product from the relevant branch of the courier service.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason or incurring a penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must create a request through the Site. A courier code will be provided for returning the Product within 3 (three) days. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs if a different carrier is used.
3. The Product must be returned intact with its accessories, original packaging, and invoice.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
