Warranty
Terms
- All
products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise
stated.
- The
warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the
consumer and is determined according to the Regulation on Warranty
Certificates No. 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and
Trade and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
- To ensure
the validity of the warranty, the product must be inspected at the time of
delivery. If any damage is found, do not accept the product and ensure a
report is written.
- Modifications
to the product, deformation, or alteration of its original design are not
covered by the warranty.
Product
Return Terms
- If the
product purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us
via our online support section within 14 days from the delivery date. Upon
receiving this information, the defective product will be replaced with a
new one, and the return will be handled by the shipping company.
- If the
defect in the ordered product is due to customer usage or if the product
has been used within the 14-day period, the return and exchange will not
be accepted.
- The
return and exchange conditions are subject to the Consumer
Protection Law No. 6502.
- The
return period begins when the product is received by the consumer. The
return period is 14 days.
Return
Conditions
- If
products are returned used, worn, or washed, we may be required to send
them back.
- If the
reason for the return is our fault, we will cover the return shipping
cost. If the return is due to the customer's fault, the shipping cost will
be borne by the buyer. For returns made with cash-on-delivery (COD)
shipping, the return amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Inspection
and Return Process
- The buyer
is required to inspect the product before accepting delivery. Products
that are damaged, such as those with dents, cracks, or torn packaging,
should not be accepted from the shipping company. If the product is
accepted, it will be assumed that it was delivered in good condition.
- After
receiving the product, the buyer must take proper care of it. If the right
of withdrawal is to be used, the product should not be used. The invoice
must also be returned with the product.
Return
Procedure
- You can return
your product free of charge by using the code of the contracted shipping
company at one of its branches. If the return is made with a different
courier service, the sender will bear the shipping cost, and returns sent
with COD will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to you.
- The
product will be inspected by our team to ensure it is undamaged. Returns
that do not meet the conditions will be sent back to you with COD
shipping.
Returned
Product Process
- After the
product is received, it will be checked for compliance with return
conditions. If the product meets the return criteria, the process will be
completed. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be
sent back to your address.
- For
products that meet the return criteria, the product price will be refunded
to your bank within 2-4 business days. The reflection of this amount in
your account may take 7-15 business days due to bank procedures.
If you
paid by credit card, the refund will appear in your account within a maximum of
7 business days. If the payment was made in installments, the refund will also
be processed in installments. For bank cards, the reflection period may be
longer.
